Getting the right help
For account or technical help, describe the screen and action involved, app/device version and approximate time. For event or payment help, include the relevant reference, amount and date. For privacy help, identify the data or account action you need.
Never send your password, verification code, full card details or unnecessary health information. Opening the mail application only prepares a message; you choose whether to send it.
The support process is not an emergency service. Account deletion has its own in-app control and must not depend solely on contacting support.

The policy library covers Terms, Privacy, Health Data, Data Rights and Deletion, Permissions, Competition Rules, Pool Rules, Social games Rules, Test Credits, Entries and Returns, Fair Play, Community Guidelines, Safety and Support.
This is the invitation-only South African adult beta using free nonredeemable test credits. No cash deposits, real-money prizes or withdrawals are offered. Operational and device checks remain part of beta readiness; publication alone does not verify every user journey. Paid-release approvals are a separate future matter. These policies do not claim App Store approval.
Apple licence and responsibility
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. It applies to App Store licensing where no custom agreement has been provided.
Apple is not a sponsor of ASTA Competitions or Pools and is not involved in them in any manner. Commpair is responsible for ASTA’s service, rules, support and any prizes it offers.
Software acknowledgements
ASTA uses third-party software, including React, React Native, Expo and Capacitor. Their applicable licences and notices remain with the distributed software. The final release’s acknowledgement inventory and native SDK notices must match the libraries actually bundled.
This website’s contact delivery uses PHPMailer under its LGPL licence. Its acknowledgement and licence are included with the site distribution; ask support for a copy if needed.
