Fair Play and Result Disputes

Activity integrity, verification concerns and challenging a result.

Published · Version 0.6 · Effective 23 October 2026 · Commpair (Pty) Ltd

Record your own real activity

Use only your own eligible activity and account. Do not fabricate, manually backfill, duplicate or alter evidence to gain an advantage. Do not impersonate another participant, manipulate device time, exploit software errors or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

For Social games, record the actual game score. Do not use opponents’ confirmation as a substitute for accurate records or invent a score when the host is unavailable.

Verification and uncertainty

Source records, timings, repeated submissions and implausible activity may be checked. A verification flag is a reason to investigate, not proof of cheating. Device errors, delayed syncs and service outages should be considered when reviewing evidence.

Keep the event reference, activity dates, source app and relevant sync evidence. Share only what is needed to investigate the issue; do not send an unrelated health history.

Raise a result query

Use the event’s financial-dispute control for a Competition or Pool, or submit a Payment request in Settings for another balance or entry issue. These controls also handle noncash test-credit concerns. Identify the event, the result you challenge, the correction you believe is needed and supporting evidence.

Raise a query promptly after noticing a problem. These policies set no additional award waiting period or fixed dispute cut-off. You can still raise concerns about fraud, system errors or statutory rights.

Investigation and decisions

A five-working-day investigation target is proposed, with notice of extensions explaining the reason and revised review date. The working-day counting method, staffing and response process still require operational confirmation. This proposed target is not a current response guarantee.

A review should explain the concern and resulting decision, allow the affected user to respond and offer reconsideration where appropriate. Restrict only what is reasonably connected to the matter. A finding affecting one award does not justify confiscating unrelated credits or genuine money owed.

Unresolved event disputes hold unpaid awards for review. An elapsed-time timeout alone does not dismiss a dispute or release a held award. An administrator records a decision and reason; previously completed transfers are not automatically reversed. Beta awards remain test credits with no cash value.
