Treat other people respectfully
ASTA is for fitness and recreational connection. Discuss results and disagreements without harassment. Respect participants’ privacy, personal boundaries and decisions to stop an activity.
- Do not post threats, targeted abuse, hate speech, discriminatory harassment or encouragement of violence.
- Do not share sexual exploitation material, content exploiting children, non-consensual intimate images or other unlawful sexual content.
- Do not publish private addresses, identity documents, payment details, medical information or another person’s private messages without a lawful basis.
- Do not post scams, impersonation, deceptive payment instructions, spam or material that infringes copyright or other rights.
- Do not encourage dangerous exercise, self-harm, illegal activity or cheating.
Your posts, photos and messages
Only upload content you are entitled to share. Obtain permission before posting identifiable images or sensitive information about others. Use the intended audience controls and remember that recipients can copy content.
A private game or direct message is not exempt from these rules. Do not use alternate accounts to contact someone who has blocked you.
Report and block
Report posts, photos, comments, messages, profiles or event descriptions using their report controls. Your report is stored for moderation review, with a content reference and limited evidence snapshot. Block a player from their profile or content menu; manage and unblock players in Settings → Account and security. Contact appropriate emergency services for urgent threats.
Blocking restricts social visibility and contact in both directions. Direct messages require mutual following. A block does not cancel shared events, undo scores, erase external copies or settle wallet entries.
Your content reports and moderation outcomes can be reviewed in the in-app safety controls. You can also submit a support, privacy or appeal request in Settings; replies appear there. Email to help@astafitness.com is a separate contact route from these in-app requests.
Moderation and appeals
Reports should be reviewed promptly and proportionately. Content or accounts may be restricted for violations; relevant evidence and applicable rights must be considered. False or abusive reports also harm the community.
If you believe a moderation action is mistaken, use Support to explain the issue and include the reference. Text submissions pass a configured phrase filter and may also be reviewed after a report. This is not an exhaustive automated judgement of every language or context. Images are held for human approval before public display. The operator must staff the moderation queue, respond promptly and consider appeals for the beta. These policies do not establish that staffing or a guaranteed response time has been verified.
